Mission: put anything & everything in mouth

Adaiah's new mission in life is to chew on everything she can get her hands on. I know every baby does this but it is just so cute!

Happy 4th of July!

For Adaiah's first 4th of July we got some sparklers! She loved watching them, and the big fireworks in the sky! We drove to a spot where we could see the whole valley! So from there we could see all the big shows and all the little indivdual ones. It was amazing!

This is Mike the Headless Chicken.

A farmer in Fruita was trying to kill his chicken, he cut it's head off... but the chicken didn't die! The farmer kept the chicken alive for 9 more months by feeding it with an eyedropper! The city put this chicken up in the center of the city to remember Mike. They even have a yearly festival in honor of Mike.
